noAi, the Ai and Automation wing of Ci CORP Group, respects your right to have your data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data and of any data accessed through accounts you connected to our products, Amrun Marketing and Amrun DevOps.
What this covers
- Personal data we hold about you (contact, account, billing, support records).
- Data accessed through third party platforms you connected via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console), and your infrastructure or repositories.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens stored to operate those connections.
How to request deletion
Option 1, disconnect in product
In your Amrun account, remove any connected platform. Disconnecting immediately revokes the stored access tokens for that platform and stops further access.
Option 2, email request
Send a deletion request to business@cicorp.ae from the email associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Tell us:
- Your name and account or business name.
- Which data you want deleted (your whole account, or a specific connected platform).
We will verify the request against your account and confirm.
What happens next
- We verify your identity and the request.
- We revoke and delete the relevant OAuth tokens.
- We delete or irreversibly anonymise the associated personal data and connected account data from our active systems.
- We instruct our sub processors to do the same.
- We confirm completion by email.
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What we may retain
We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it, for example billing and tax records, or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retained records are kept secure and are deleted when the legal basis expires.
Meta and Google connected data
If you connected a Meta or Google account, deletion through this process revokes our access and removes the data we accessed through that connection. This does not delete data held by Meta or Google themselves. To delete data on those platforms, use their own account controls.
