This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and is not allowed when using the Services of noAi, the Ai and Automation wing of Ci CORP Group, including the website, Ai implementation services, and the Amrun Marketing and Amrun DevOps products. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. General principle

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in line with these rules and the terms of any third party platform you connect.

2. You must not

• Break any applicable law or regulation, including UAE law.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Upload or process data you are not authorised to use, or connect accounts you do not control or have permission to manage.
• Use the Services to send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or violate the advertising or platform policies of Meta, Google, or other connected platforms.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage the Services, other users' data, or the infrastructure behind them.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse our software, MCP servers, or Ai systems except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Services to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious content or code.
• Use Ai output in a way that misleads people about whether they are dealing with automated systems where disclosure is required.

3. Data and security responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide or connect, for obtaining any consents needed from your own customers, and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Automated and Ai use

When you automate actions through our Services, you remain responsible for the outcomes, including actions taken on connected platforms. High impact or irreversible actions should be reviewed by a person before execution.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or revoke connected access where needed to protect the Services, other users, or third parties. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
