These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website noai.ae, the Ai implementation services, and the subscription products Amrun Marketing and Amrun DevOps (together, the "Services") provided by noAi, the Ai and Automation wing of Ci CORP Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("noAi", "we", "us").

By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

noAi is an Ai implementation company. We provide custom Ai solutions, Model Context Protocol (MCP) builds, automation and workflow engineering, training, mentoring, research and development, management of existing Ai infrastructure, and enterprise and sovereign Ai deployments. We also offer subscription products under the Amrun brand.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Services are intended for businesses and professionals. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to bind the organisation you represent.

3. Services and scope

• Project and consulting work is delivered under a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Those documents prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
• Subscription products (Amrun) are provided on a recurring basis as described on their product pages and at sign up. Product features may change as the Services evolve.

4. Connected accounts and third party platforms

Amrun connects, with your authorisation, to third party platforms such as Meta, Google, and your own infrastructure. You confirm you are authorised to connect those accounts, and you remain bound by each platform's own terms. We act only within the permissions you grant and are not responsible for the acts, outages, or policy changes of third party platforms.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Fees, billing, and taxes

• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and any usage based charges are shown at sign up on the relevant product page.
• Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including UAE VAT, which you are responsible for.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

7. Intellectual property

• We and our licensors own the Services, our software, MCP servers, product interfaces, and brand.
• Custom deliverables produced under a project agreement are assigned or licensed to you as set out in that agreement.
• You retain ownership of your own data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services and deliver the work.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms or an applicable agreement.

9. Ai output disclaimer

Ai systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You are responsible for reviewing Ai and automated output before relying on it for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions. We do not warrant that output is error free or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is agreed in writing.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non payment, or unlawful or harmful use. You may cancel subscriptions as described in the Cancellation and Refunds Policy. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and connected account tokens are revoked.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under local law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
